Inspired by my love affair with Mexican desserts here in Los Angeles, this blend has been reworked, refined, and turned all the way up. Think thick ribbons of dulce de leche swirling through cold vanilla ice cream, slow-cooked sugar melting into sweet milk, and that unmistakable caramelized warmth that lingers just a little too long.

The updated blend is creamier, richer, and smoother than before. Sweetened milk and brown sugar gelato set the tone, while burnt sugar and vanilla bean add depth and that just-toasted edge. A soft finish of brûléed sweetness pulls it all together, making this feel less like a simple dessert and more like the moment you scrape the bottom of the bowl and consider going back for more.
