Refund policy
At Sugar Mama's Artisan Fragrances, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide top-quality products and services. Due to hygiene concerns and the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, returns are generally not accepted with the exception of EU or UK customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize and would be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please reach out to us at info@sugar-mama-fragrances.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Details about any modifications, additions, or processing the product has undergone
Our dedicated customer care team will collaborate with our quality assurance department to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it promptly.
European Union/United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (for EU/UK customers) or receive appropriate information on damaged/defective items, we will notify you and let you know if/when the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. EU/UK customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
