Shipping Policy

Getting your fragrances ready

Please allow 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for me to prepare your order before it ships. Carrier delivery time is additional. Holiday processing times may change, so please check the current processing notice when ordering.

Where I ship and shipping costs

I currently ship within the United States and eligible U.S. territories shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying website orders of $150 or more. Your final shipping charge will appear before you pay.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Alaska, Hawaii, and island destinations may take longer. Carrier estimates aren’t guaranteed arrival dates, especially during the holidays. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and use your tracking information to follow its progress.

Damaged packages

Your package is insured. If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at info@sugar-mama-fragrances.com.

Include your order number, recipient’s name and shipping address, and clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The inside packaging
  • The outside package and shipping label

Keep the item and all original packaging. The carrier may request additional information or an inspection, and I’ll help you through those steps.

Once I have the required documentation and have filed the claim, I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds and replacements aren’t issued automatically when damage is reported; I need your help documenting the problem first.

Missing packages

If your package appears lost or tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, contact me immediately with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work through locating your package and, when appropriate, filing a carrier claim.
