Cream, Butter, Buttermilk. The cream pours in first, cool and fresh, with soft butter right behind it and a tang of buttermilk that keeps it from going flat. Bright for a creamy scent, so give it a few minutes to warm up on you.

Clotted Cream, Milk, Salted Butter. The long middle, and the best part. The milk warms up and thickens, the clotted cream goes rich and almost custardy, and the salted butter is the pinch of salt that makes the whole glass taste real.
